Customer Service
 First Impression and a positive attitude is the most impactful. Make it  Count.

Ambiance
 Keep your space welcoming and feeling good for your Guest. Include a   sensory experience (touch, smell, hear, and taste.

Noise 
 Keep noise to a minimum. And if it’s very busy and louder than usual  in the salon, distract your guest with a soft spoken conversation and a relaxing experience through touch, such as a scalp massage or a warm neck wrap. Keep your guest at ease.
Scent
 Make sure the salon is well ventilated and your perfume or cologne is not too strong. Adding lavender or other aroma therapy scents help add to the experience for the guest.

Cleanliness
  Make sure your space and your environment is clean so your guests are at comfort and feel good in their surroundings.

Conversation
 Be friendly, Keep the conversation on your guest and avoid disruptions or conversation from others.

Professionalism
 Dress for success. Dress professional, act professional, and be professional at all times. Even to your coworkers.
